Refund & Return Policy
Due to the limited-edition nature of Spam Loves Rice products, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
To Start a Return Contact us at shop@spamlovesrice.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on where to send your item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note: return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size or item, please return your original item for store credit and place a new order.
Damages & Wrong Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at shop@spamlovesrice.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit. 🌺
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items are final sale
- Gift cards are non-refundable
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not be accepted
- We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery
European Union Customers If your order is shipping to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason — no questions asked.
